Disabling Optimized pricing on account level

To achieve best results we recommend disabling “Optimized pricing” on account level since it may interfere with our Exploration process.
Why?
For proper modelling, we need to know the exact performance (the rCPM) of a wide range of floor prices (including very low ones such as 0 floor price). Our tests are done in a controlled way, on a very small fraction of traffic in order to not affect the overall performance (0 floor price is applied on <1% of all pageviews). However, from the Google Optimized Pricing's perspective this tiny fraction of the traffic may seem to be "not-optimal" and may get floored, depriving us from the data on 0 floor price performance. And, in order to maximize the efficiency of the modelling we need such data. Also, since this feature can only be enabled or disabled globally, you are not able to exclude only a part of the traffic from it.
How to do it?
- Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
- Click Admin and then Global settings.
- The Network settings tab is selected by default. Under "Ad serving settings," turn off the Optimized pricing toggle:
- Click
