What should I do if the Prebid Adapter I need isn't supported?

In such cases, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager and provide information about which Adapter you require (it is best to provide the link to its documentation on prebid.org).
We will then add it in the next development sprint, meaning it should be supported within approximately 3 weeks after your request.
What if I also need to use Yieldbird’s account for the given Adapter (e.g., Bidder account)?
In such cases, the process will take longer as we will have to contact the SSP, verify its terms and conditions, and sign a legal contract. Usually, you should add an additional 2 weeks to the process of technically adding support for a new adapter.
